These Terms govern your use of WPIC Studio ("the Service"). By creating an account or calling the API, you agree to be bound by them.
You own outputs you generate, subject to the underlying model provider's terms. We don't assert IP in your outputs and we don't train our own models on your inputs or outputs.
You may not use the Service to generate CSAM, to attempt to bypass safety measures in underlying models, or to generate content that infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period.
The Service routes requests to third-party AI providers. Their terms apply to the portion of your use that they serve. We maintain a provider data-handling matrix; see the Privacy page.
Our staff may impersonate a customer account to diagnose issues upon request or in response to billing disputes. All impersonation events are logged.
