Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: name, email (via Clerk), OAuth provider identifiers.
• Billing: payment methods are held by Stripe; we store Stripe customer/subscription IDs only.
• Usage: model call metadata (model, tokens, timing, cost). Prompts and outputs are stored only for the retention period you configure (default 30 days).
• Operational logs: request IDs, IPs, and error traces for security and debugging.

We do not train on your data

WPIC does not train models on your inputs or outputs. Our downstream providers have their own data-handling policies. We maintain a provider data-handling matrix and disable providers whose policies aren't acceptable for our customer base.

Retention

Generations are deleted after your organization's configured retention window. Financial records (credit events, invoices) are retained indefinitely for accounting compliance.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data at any time. Deletion is permanent; financial records are retained in aggregate form.
